The Meadow Mesa cow mattress is specially designed for optimal comfort and support. The mattress consists of an 8 cm thick latex foam mattress covered with a rubber top cover. With its flat design, this mattress provides even support over the entire surface. The latex foam core provides optimal softness, resilience and pressure distribution. The Meadow Mesa offers unprecedented comfort and ensures many comfortable hours of lying.
The latex foam mattress is soft and moulds to the cow's body. This ensures excellent pressure distribution and optimal support. The mattress is extremely resilient: after the cow stands up, the mattress returns to its original flat shape. This ensures years of comfort.
The rubber top cover offers extra grip, which helps your cows to lie down and stand up. The top cover is easy to clean and is secured to the concrete floor on all 4 sides, to prevent dirt, moisture and bacteria to accumulate under the mattress.
The 4 mm thick top cover has a sturdy nylon reinforcement. This prevents the top cover from stretching over time. The rubber is supplied on the roll and can be pulled seamlessly over the mattresses.

Installing the cow mattress does not require professional assistance. The mattress is secured with a rubber or plastic strip to the rear edge and with an aluminium strip to the sides and front. For this purpose, masonry nails are used which, after pre-drilling, are hammered into the concrete without the need for a plug.
The Meadow Mesa is DLG APPROVED and fully meets the requirements of the DIN 3763 standard for deformability, elasticity, and permanent tread load. This independent seal confirms that the mattress withstands years of intensive use without sinking, with simulations equivalent to tens of thousands of impressions from a 1000 kg cow.
